For All Courses
- Allocation of places on the course will be at the discretion of Booth VRT Ltd.
- All payment will be in Sterling by cheque, cash, debit or credit card.
- Payments can be made in full in advance at any time.
- Liquid refreshments will be provided during the day, but lunch, dinner and accommodation are the responsibility of the delegate. Advice on accommodation will be given on request.
- The seminars will start with registration on the first day at 9:30am for 10:00am (as advised) and finish at 5:00pm. Please arrive in good time, and note second and third days of the seminar can often start earlier.
- No part of the seminar notes are strictly copyright and may not be reproduced or used for teaching purposes without written permission from Booth VRT, MNT-NR International or other organisations who teach for Booth VRT.
- In the event that a potential delegate wishes to cancel a place on a course the deposit paid will be forfeited unless the place can be filled.
- Booth VRT Ltd does not accept responsibility for change or cancellation of workshop or speaker due to circumstances beyond their control. Every effort will be made to contact participants in advance and, if necessary, deposits will be refunded in full. Booth VRT Ltd will not be held responsible for any additional damages or expenses incurred by the delegate as a result of course cancellation.
- In line with other reflexology training organisations, no responsibility whatsoever will be accepted in the highly unlikely event of any detrimental effects of the reflexology tuition.
Nico Pauly Courses additional conditions
- Deposit refunds. More than 12 weeks prior to the first course deposits will be refunded less £100. Less than 12 weeks prior to the first course deposits will only be refunded (less handling fee £25) if the place can be filled. Deposits for seminar 2 and 3 will only be returned if the place can be filled. We will make every endeavour to fill the places and will maintain a waiting list.
- If balance of payments are not recieved 6 weeks before the first and second levels, as detailed, one reminder will be issued and these must be settled immediately If payment is not received more than 3 weeks before the appropriate level, the place will be offered to anyone on the waiting and deposits may be lost.
- Failure to attend any level may result in the loss of all payments made to date.
