Business Description
Booth VRT Ltd is a reflexology training organisation that specialises in the teaching of Vertical Reflexology, also know as Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT). VRT was discovered and developed by the director of this company, Lynne Booth. The terms Vertical Reflex Therapy, the Booth Method, VRT and the Logo are all copyright.
The company has been trading for over 12 years and supplies high quality accredited tuition for reflexology training and conference presentations from Lynne Booth and her authorised tutors.
Booth VRT Ltd also supplies books, charts and a DVD that are suitable for the qualified reflexologist, complementary therapists and the general public. They can be contacted via our website or direct to our Bristol, UK office.
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy below governs your account details and any information you provide to Booth VRT Ltd on this site or by any other means. Booth VRT Ltd takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms set out below.
We will not sell, rent, share or distribute in any way your personally identifiable information any to third parties
We are registered under the Data Protection Act and adhere to its policies.
We may store your name, address, phone number and email address as well as details of courses attended.
We will ask for details of a credit or debit card if you wish to pay by that method. We do not store card numbers on our data base or elsewhere and repeat customers who contact our office to place orders must supply card details with each order. After the orders have been completed the card details will be destroyed.
In order to operate the PayPal service and to reduce the risk of fraud, you may be asked to provide us information about yourself, including postal address and email address. By giving this information either verbally or electronically you are consenting to your personal information being stored and processed at our company office.
We may very occasionally mail you by post or email with details of VRT Courses or special offers or new products available. If you so not wish to receive this notification please let us know by email.
If you consider the information we hold about you is inaccurate you may tell us by email, or if you wish to be removed altogether from our listings
You information is held on our own computers and is protected from interference by hardware and software firewalls.
Delivery Policy
We will aim to acknowledge your order within 3 days
We aim to dispatch your goods through our chosen mailing service (usually Royal Mail) within 5 days of the order being placed. If there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you.
If you have not received you goods within 14 days please contact us directly.
Price of goods is clearly stated on all literature and the website.
Postage and Packing is an extra charge and depends on destination. Please ensure you select the correct level of postage for your area or delays may occur. Online orders will be accompanied by a receipt which will not show post and packing separately.
In the unlikely event that goods should arrive faulty or damaged, either a replacement or a full refund will be offered on returned goods.
Return/ Refund/Cancellation Policy
If goods are damaged on arrival they should be returned within 14 days for replacement or a refund.
If an item is unsuitable for any reason it may be returned in original condition for a refund within 14 days stating the reason for its return. Postal and packing charges will be made if a replacement is requested.
If VRT training courses are cancelled by the delegate then the current policy as stated on the course confirmation details applies. Also refer to cancellation policy
Cancellation of Courses
Booth VRT Ltd does not accept responsibility for change or cancellation of workshop or speaker due to circumstances beyond their control. In the very unusual event that a course has to be cancelled every effort will be made to contact participants well in advance and, if necessary, payments made will be refunded in full. Any additional costs of travel, accommodation or other expenditure incurred by the delegate will be the responsibility of the delegate.
In line with other reflexology training organisations, no responsibility will be accepted in the highly unlikely event of any detrimental effects of the reflexology tuition
